Ticket purchases are NOT tangable items and will NOT be shipped.
Maximum 100 raffle tickets available. Tickets cost $5 each.
Raffle cancels if fewer than 50 tickets sell. If canceled, ticket price minus processing fee returns to the purchaser listed on the ticket.
Tickets are non refundable except if the raffle cancels.
Drawing occurs two months after posting or sooner if tickets sell out.
Purchase confirms you are legally eligible to possess firearms and intend safe, lawful use.
Prize firearms remain subject to availability through Warner Tactical Firearms LLC. A firearm of equal or greater value substitutes if the listed firearm becomes unavailable.

All Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives regulations apply.
All firearms transfer through a Federal Firearms License dealer. Federal and state laws apply including laws in the winner’s state.
Warner Tactical Firearms LLC, 10133 NW 98th St, Yukon OK 73099 manages transfers.
If transfer occurs through a local FFL near the winner, the winner pays shipping and transfer fees. If the winner lives in a prohibited state, the prize is forfeited.
Winners must claim prizes within 60 days and complete paperwork within 60 days. Failure to pass a background check results in forfeiture.
Notification occurs using the name, phone number, and email provided at checkout. Warner Tactical Firearms attempts one phone call and one email. Failure to claim within 60 days results in forfeiture.
Firearms are not transferable. The person listed on the ticket must claim the prize.
Liability is limited to the ticket purchase price.
Winners remain responsible for compliance with all local, state, and municipal laws.
