Transfer Fees:
*If you are expecting a shipped in transfer from another vendor. Please wait to be contacted by our us prior to arriving at our shop.
$10 per firearm. Transfer fees are a taxable service. Sales tax, as well as a C.C. fee (if not paying cash) of 3% will be charged.
$100 per NFA item (Suppressors, Short Barrel Rifles, etc.)
All firearm transfers must be picked up within 30 days of arrival. Transfers not collected within this timeframe will incur a $20 per month storage fee. This policy also applies to NFA items that do not have a Form 4 submitted within 30 days of arrival.
Items left for more than 90 days, without arrangements, will be considered abandoned and sold.
*If your background is denied, you are responsible for return shipping to the vendor. Warner Tactical Firearms LLC may, at our discretion, offer to purchase the item. Offer will not exceed dealer wholesale pricing.
*Customer must be 18 years (Long Guns), 21 years (Pistols) and older and provide valid DL/ID.
*All fees are non-refundable.
*Transfers will only be released to the person listed on the invoice. Transfers must include an invoice with: customer name, contact number.
*Transfers that do not include sufficient documents may be delayed and cannot be released until the documents are received.
*DO NOT send transfers in locked cases, as we need to inspect and log the serial number of the firearm. Your transfer will be delayed if sent in a locked case.
*All terms and fees subject to change at the sole discretion of Warner Tactical Firearms LLC.
*We will only send our license to other FFL holders.
If you have your own FFL and have a transfer sent to our location, you are still subject to paying the full transfer fee. If you do not like that, have it sent to your own FFL.
